The Charter Township of Oakland Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments for a Special Land Use request for Birch Grove Academy (Educational Facility) on parcel 10-15-400-014 (general location – west side of Rochester Road between Buell and Stoney Creek Roads in Section 15). Any interested person may appear and comment personally or by agent or attorney upon a scheduled agenda item during the public hearing to be held at the date, time and location above.
