NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the purpose of the public hearing is to consider a dimensional variance request to the property at 70890 Powell Road, Armada, Michigan 48005. A complete legal description of the property is on file at the Township Offices. The subject site is zoned the M1, Industrial District.
The applicant proposes to construct a detached accessory structure within the required side yard setback. Per section 14.03: Area, Height and Placement Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance No. 114, a minimum side yard setback of 20-feet is required. The applicant is requesting a side yard setback of 1.5-feet.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that copies of the application may be examined at Armada Township Hall Offices, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, Michigan 48005 during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM until the date of the Public Hearing.
