A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 5:05 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 5:09 PM for the purpose of discussing confidential legal opinion regarding a land division.
3. To amend the agenda to add item “For purpose of discussing a confidential legal opinion regarding Stoney Creek Crossing.”
4. To return to closed session at 5:26 PM for the purpose of discussing a confidential legal opinion regarding Stoney Creek Crossing.
5. To adjourn the meeting at 5:40 PM.
