A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 7:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read with the Resolution number of 21-02 added to item #3.
3. To approve the Charter Township of Oakland Resolution and Declaration of restrictive covenants for proposed property split Resolution No. 21-03 and authorize the Township Clerk to certify and file the same.
4. To nominate Brian Blust to be appointed as Parks and Recreation Commission representative on the Paint Creek Trailways Commission.
5. To nominate Martha Olijnyk to be appointed as the citizen alternate on the Paint Creek Trailways Commission.
6. To nominate Jim Quesenberry to be appointed as the PRC representative on the Safety Path and Trails Committee.
7. To nominate Daniel Simon to be appointed as the PRC representative on the Cranberry Lake Improvement Board for a term ending 11/2024.
8. To approve the Charter Township of Oakland Resolution No. 21-04 Regarding Essential Services Determination for Water Storage Facility and authorize the Township Clerk to certify and file the same.
9. To adjourn the meeting at 7:40 PM.
