Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:08 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Ballard, Sledz, Wolak, Coenen, Clark, and Boelke. Absent: Shall. Also present: Treasurer Adair and Jeff Yaroch.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or received the Treasurer, Code Enforcement, and F & V Reports for December, 2020. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 1/11/21 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $615,642.99 as presented. Heard reports from the Sewer and Water Commissioners. Jeff Yaroch updated Council on the availability of vaccines in Macomb County. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
