Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing of the Ray Township Proposed 2021-2022 budget will be held at the Board of Trustees regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held by Electronic remote access, in accordance with the Emergency Order under MCL 333.2253, will be implemented in response to COVID-19 social requirements and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The proposed budget is available for inspection at the Ray Township Hall during regular business hours of Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing in accordance with Truth in Taxation Hearing (Michigan Case Law Section 211.24e).
