REPEAL OF BRUCE TOWNSHIP
BUILDING FINANCIAL GUARANTEE ORDINANCE
TITLE
AN ORDINANCE repealing the Bruce Township Building Financial Guarantee Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 133, to no longer require, as a condition precedent to the issuance of any building permit, that financial guarantees be furnished with Bruce Township.
THE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE,
MACOMB, MICHIGAN, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1 – REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 133
Ordinance No. 133, the Bruce Township Building Financial Guarantee Ordinance is hereby repealed in its entirety and is of no further force or effect.
SECTION 2 – SEVERABILITY.
If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the invalidity or unconstitutionality of such section, paragraph, clause or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3 – PUBLICATION.
This Ordinance or a summary thereof shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Township of Bruce, within fifteen (15) days after adoption.
SECTION 4 – EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance amendment shall take effect seven (7) days from and after the date of publication of this Ordinance or a summary thereof as set forth in Section 3.
