Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Held public hearing for Truth in Budgeting.
Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 2.9.21, 2.10.21 as presented. Agenda as presented. Current bills as presented. Budget amendments for FY20-21 General Fund and Fire Fund. Set and maintained Armada Township operating millage rate at .7235 mills, fire special assessment rate at 3.25 mills, Advanced Life Support at 1.5 mills. FY21-22 Township board wage resolution. 2% wage increase for employees. First Amendment to Employee Agreement for Christine White, 1-year liability insurance renewal with Decker Agency in the amount of $18,580. Appointed Maureen Finn to the Planning Commission. Re-appointed Ken DeCock to Macomb Agricultural Committee. Fire Dept: Purchase of AED, digital camera, approved additional loan payment of $57,000 to Engine 2.
