A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 7:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda minus Item No.1C – Approval of bills for March 9, 2021 in the amount of $125,829.02.
3. To approve Item No.1C – Approval of bills for March 9, 2021 in the amount of $125,829.02 on the Consent Agenda.
4. To approve Real Living Kee Realty Holly Hohnholt, agent as the Oakland Township realtor for the sale of Township properties for a term ending September 1, 2021, and authorize the Township Manager to execute any listing agreement consistent with the bid submitted.
5. To recommend to the Parks and Recreation Commission that the parks budget be amended to exclude expenditures on signs that are inconsistent with the Oakland Township Board of Trustees’ Resolution No. 20-07.
6. To recommend to the Parks and Recreation Commission to review the cost of the archery range contractor/coordinator in the amount of $22,000 based upon comments made at the Board of Trustees meeting on 03/09/2021.
7. To recommend to the Parks and Recreation Commission to clarify the marketing communications contractor in the amount of $8,000 when other jobs within the Parks and Land Preservation departments contain the same job description.
8. To adjourn the meeting at 8:46 PM.
