AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BRUCE TOWNSHIP
ZONING ORDINANCE #161.
THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE ORDAINS:
ARTICLE 1. Delete Section 3.1.14, item B.18 and renumber subsequent items accordingly.
Current language of item 18 to be deleted:
18. “Banks, credit unions, ATMs, and similar facilities, including drive-thrus.”
ARTICLE 2. Amend Section 3.1.14, Item C.12 to read as follows:
12. Drive-through businesses of retail or service nature, including fast-food restaurants, pharmacies and banks
ARTICLE 3. REPEAL, EFFECTIVE DATE
1. All regulatory provisions contained in other Township Ordinances which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
2. This ordinance shall become effective on April 7, 2021, 7 days following publication of a Notice of Adoption.
