A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 3:04 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve a Resolution regarding the authorization and placement of all signage on Township property. Whereas, it is the intent of Oakland Township to present a standardized and consistent image which fosters and enhances its brand recognition. Now therefore be it resolved that no signage will be displayed or placed on Township property without prior approval of the Board of Trustees or the Township Manager. Furthermore, it is resolved that any signage must comply with Township Resolution 20-07.
4. To remove the attorney’s legal fees in the amount of $20,400 out of Land Preservation Fund and also to remove the signage fees from the Land Preservation in the amount of $16,000.
5. To adjourn the meeting at 4:22 PM.
