A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 2:04 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 2:09 PM for the purpose of discussing a confidential legal opinion regarding the statutory authority of the Board of Trustees.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 2:56 PM.
