A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 7:12 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To extend the Artemis Villa Concept Development conditional approval for an additional 90 days from the initial one-year period approval which was on April 14, 2020.
4. To approve budget amendments #1-#4 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/23/2021.
5. To approve budget amendments #5-#14 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/23/2021.
6. To approve budget amendments #15-#18 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/23/2021.
7. To approve budget amendments #19-#21 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 03/23/2021.
8. To adopt the attached Resolution No. 21-07 as amended establishing the General Appropriations Act for the Charter Township of Oakland.
9. To sign the exclusive right to sell agreement with Real Living Kee Realtor Holly Hohnholt for parcel no. 10-07-100-021 commonly known as 1285 Lake George Rd in the amount of $1.2 million and authorize Supervisor to sign.
10. To sign the exclusive right to sell agreement with Real Living Kee Realtor Holly Hohnholt for parcel no. 10-09-100-023 commonly known as 1267 Lake George Rd in the amount of $420,000 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
11. To sign the exclusive right to sell agreement with Real Living Kee Realtor Holly Hohnholt for parcel no. 10-35-176-008 in the amount of $200,000 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
12. To approve the RCOC Gravel Road Chloride Program for the blanket 5 applications with 6 applications on the local roads in the amount of $75,062.23 with a confirmation that the 6th chloride is on the “local” roads.
13. To schedule a public hearing for April 13, 2021, to discuss the application for one Specialty Designated Distributor License submitted by Silver Shamrocks, LLC, located at 4505 Collins Road, Oakland Township, MI and direct the Clerk to publish the notice in accordance with State Law.
14. To adjourn the meeting at 8:19 PM.
