PUBLIC NOTICE – ARMADA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING (Held in person and virtual by GoToMeeting) APRIL 14, 2021 SYNOPSIS

Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.

Present: Goetzinger, Paterek, Swiacki, Finlay, Murray

Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 3.10.21 as presented. Agenda as presented. Current bills as presented. Purchased 288 Veteran grave marking flags from Stars and Strips. Appointed Supervisor John Paterek as Transfer Site Director. Approved a $10 increase in building inspection fees. Approved purchase of cabinets for Clerk and Fire Department Offices from LaFata Cabinets. Approved three-year renewal with auditing firm Rehman/Robson.

Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
