COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: added Change Order #7 to Agenda as New Business Item D. Heard and Received: An update from Planning Commission Coenen regarding meeting date change; the Treasurer’s Report for February, 2021. Approved the Consent Agenda as amended: RCM Minutes of 3/22/21 pulled and added as Agenda Item New Business E; Payment of Bills totaling $158,317.11 as presented. Heard/Received reports from the Sewer and Water Commissioners. Unanimously approved: to adopt the Resolution confirming the special assessment roll for the purpose of defraying Police Protection Costs in the Armada Village Police Special Assessment District and directing further proceedings for the collection and distribution of the special assessment levy on the taxable value of all lands and premises in the District; to approve Change Order #7 to the Wastewater Treatment Plant SRF#5645-01 in the total amount of $57,645.00. Approved: to approve a rate of pay for Jeffrey Gentner, a part-time, non-contracted Police Officer, at a rate of $20.50/hour effective April 1, 2021; to confirm the President’s appointment of the following administrative officer for a 2-year period, expiring on November 21, 2002: Superintendent of Public Works – David Wagner; that the minutes of the March 22, 2021, regular meeting of the Village Council be accepted as corrected.
