The Charter Township of Oakland Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding the following:
747 W Buell Road – Requesting a variance to allow an accessory building in the front yard.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 15, 2021. Due to Covid-19, the meeting will be held virtually via video conference (GoToMeeting). Any interested person may comment upon a scheduled agenda item during the public hearing to be held at the date, time and location noted. Written comments may be submitted to the Charter Township of Oakland at 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan 48306. Documents pertaining to any request on the agenda are available for review during normal business hours at the Oakland Township office or at the hearing. Necessary and reasonable aids to individuals with disabilities will be provided at the meeting with seven days’ notice.
