Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Goetzinger, Swiacki, Murray and Paterek
Accepted resignation letters from Treasurer Camille Finlay and Deputy Treasurer Wiitanen effective May 12, 2021.
Approved to advertise for treasurer position on township website and to contact The Record.
Anyone interested in applying for the treasurer position please visit our website at: www.armadatwp.org. It is a partial term appointment until November 8, 2022.
Approval to remove treasurer and deputy treasurer from all bank accounts and approve for Supervisor Paterek to be added to accounts until a new treasurer takes office so bills can be paid.
Meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
