Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Board adopted an amendment to the Bruce Township Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 161) at its regular meeting of May 19, 2021.
The amendment to Section 3.8 of the zoning ordinance does the following: reduce the rear-to-rear internal setback standard for multiple-family buildings in the RM-1 and RM-2 districts from 199 feet to 100 feet.
A complete copy of the amendment may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM.
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
