PUBLIC NOTICE – VILLAGE OF ARMADA SYNOPSIS OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES FOR RCM 5/24/21

Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Ballard, Sledz, Wolak, Coenen, Clark, Shall, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Adair and Kevin Grand.

COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: Added Sale of Ferguson Tractor and Implements as Agenda Item New Business B. Heard and/or received: The Code Enforcement, DPW, Treasurer, and F & V Reports for April, 2021. The Clerk provided and briefly discussed a response to a resident request to post entire Agenda packets on the website. Heard comments about the DPW Report from Boelke, Ballard, and Sledz. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 5/10/21 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $533,644.34 as presented. Heard reports from the Sewer and Water Commissioners. Unanimously approved: to approve creating the checks for all performances at Armada Jams for the 2021 concert season and to allow disbursement to the performers on the day of their performance. Discussed selling the Massey Ferguson tractor and implements will bring back to next RCM. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:37 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
