A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as amended.
3. To approve the May 27, 2021 invoices in the amount of $16,223.42
4. To approve the Board of Trustees Resolution No. 21-12 to approve Deputy Treasurer
salary as presented in the packet.
5. To approve the employment agreement by and between Oakland Township and Lori
Fischer as Deputy Treasurer as presented.
6. To approve Resolution 21-11 to accept the terms of the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Land Acquisition TF20-0206 Project Agreement for the Lost Lake Nature Park Expansion, using an escrow closing process, and the Addendum to the Agreement.
7. To approve the Charter Township of Oakland amended Water Supply Rate Resolution as presented, which contains the base rate of $50.00 per quarter.
8. To approve the Charter Township of Oakland amended Sewer Disposal Rate Resolution as presented with a change from $103.86 to $92.68 per quarter per REU.
9. To approve the Stoney Creek Crossing Preliminary Site Condominium with conditions as set forth in the Oakland Township Planning Commission motion passed on May 4, 2021.
10. To reconsider on July 13th the Artemis Villa Extension Request and keep the current extension in place until July 14, 2021.
11. To accept the withdrawal of the offer on property at 1267 Lake George Road and authorize Supervisor to sign.
12.To adjourn the meeting at 8:05 PM.
