A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 5:30 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 5:42 PM for the purpose of discussing a confidential legal opinion regarding extension of a preliminary site plan under the Township’s Zoning Ordinance, discussing a confidential legal opinion regarding approval of a preliminary site condominium under the Township’s Zoning Ordinance and a discussion regarding pending litigation.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:43 PM.
