Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to install an above ground pool within the front yard of the home that is 24’ in diameter with a surrounding elevated deck and railing constructed 4’ 6” above grade with the proposed elevated deck dimensions around the pool to be 32’ 10” by 28’ 5” with a 6.5’ x 4’ stairway.
