A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 12:00 PM via video conference GoToMeeting.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To accept an offer of $420,000 for sale of real property commonly known as 1267 Lake George Road and authorize the Township Supervisor to execute closing documents as necessary to complete the sale of same, condition upon receiving Road Easement and Maintenance Agreements.
3. To approve going into closed session at 12:13 PM for the purpose of discussing pending litigation.
4. To approve the agreement regarding continued construction and restoration of property with Birch Grove Properties, LLC and authorize the Supervisor to execute the same and to approve the escrow agreement with Birch Grove Properties, LLC and authorize the Supervisor to execute the same.
5. To adjourn the meeting at 12:29 PM.
