Rosemary Clara Harris, 69, of Washington Township, died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016 at the Wellbridge Nursing Facility in Romeo. She was born April 10, 1947 in Detroit, the daughter of Donald and Charlotte (Nowaske) Mailloux.
