Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to not have to provide a 25-foot undisturbed greenbelt area along a 320-foot portion of the total 950 feet required by ordinance. This request comes before the ZBA prior to the applicant submitting to the Planning Commission for a site plan review.
