PUBLIC NOTICE – ARMADA TOWNSHIP MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF A SPECIAL LAND USE

NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, that a public hearing will be held by the Armada Township Planning Commission at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Armada Township Hall Offices, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider a special land use for the property at 22920 Armada Center Road (parcel ID# 13-02-23-226-017) for a car wash facility, which is proposed for a minor expansion. The subject property was recently approved for a conditional rezoning from the B-1, Business District to the B-2, General Business District, which permits the proposed special land use and minor building expansion to the car wash facility. The subject site is approximately 3-acres in size.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that copies of the special land use application may be examined at Armada Township Hall Offices, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM until the date of the hearing. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on September 7, 2022.
