Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to construct an at grade paver patio that will extend 9ft into the rear yard setback. This exceeds what is permitted within the Glacier Club Phase IV Development since the allowance for patio’s/decks is only permitted within the building envelope.
