A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
ABSENT: Andy Zale, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To rescind paragraph 6 of this Board’s June 14, 2022, Water Supply Rate Resolution 22-11 and order the Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner to credit all customers who have overpaid, with no late fees applied, as calculated based on this Board’s Resolution amending the cost recovery formula dated August 17, 2022.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 9:06 PM.
