Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.1 Accessory Buildings, B.3.a Setback Requirements, detached accessory buildings shall be located only in the rear yards.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to construct a detached accessory structure within the front yard of the residence.

Location: Northwest corner of 30 Mile Road and Campground Road.
