Approved agenda as amended. Approved bills as presented. Received and filed departmental reports. Minutes: 8.10.22 and 8.17.22 approved as presented. Approved a $50 park pavilion rental fee beginning April 1, 2023. Awarded MHM Construction, LLC of Armada ballfield lighting project in the amount of $168,997.96. Fire Department: Approved purchase of two power load stretcher systems from Stryker grant funding in the amount of $106,758.12, fire portion $7,710.51. Approved Special Land Use for Armada Center Car Wash. Approved re-zoning for Larry’s proposed parking lot. Accepted pledge from the Armada Baseball Association in the amount of $45,000 to help fund new baseball field lights. Held Closed Session.
