A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6:07 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To to approve going into closed session at 6:11 PM for the purpose of:
1)Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding Land Donation Agreement, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
2)Discussion of a confidential legal opinion on final PUD approval procedure and Condominium Documents review (Artemis Villa), pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
3)Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding township water rate resolutions, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
4)For strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement pursuant to MCL 15.268(c).
5)To consult with the attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with pending litigation pursuant to MCL 15.268(e).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:53 PM.
