An ordinance to amend and reclassify the zoning map of Ray Township Ordinance #36, the Ray Township Zoning Ordinance.
The Township of Ray ordains:
1) That the zoning map accompanying Zoning Ordinance #36 is hereby amended as follows:
The zoning classification and permissible uses for the following described area are hereby changed as set forth below. Permanent Parcel No. 21-05-07-200-002 from Agricultural-Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1).
Located on the south side of 31 Mile Road, between Powell and Romeo Plank; Section 07.
2) That all other provisions of said Zoning Ordinance #36, except as herein amended, reclassified or rezoned shall remain in full force and effect.
3) That this ordinance shall become effective seven days from the date of publication hereof.
Approved by the Ray Township Board at a regular meeting held September 20, 2022 by a vote of 5 to 0. A copy of this ordinance may be purchased or inspected at the Ray Township Hall, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096, between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday.
