Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Ballard, Shall, Wolak, Sledz, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Adair, Jeffrey Bahorski, Kevin Grand, Anne Porter, and Stacy Sobotka.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or Received: Code Enforcement and Police Action Report (which Ballard read aloud) for September, 2022; the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of 9-7-22; the Treasurer’s Report for July, 2022. Verbal reports from Water Commissioner Boelke, Street Administrator Sledz, and Planning Commission Liaison Shall. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 09/26/22 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $44,664.71 as presented. Heard a verbal report from Sewer Commissioner Clark. Unanimously approved: to allow the Clerk to order four (4) Purple Heart Community signs at a cost not to exceed $954.00; to accept the bid (or award a contract) to Teltow Contracting, Inc for the Lathrop Street Storm Sewer Project in the amount not to exceed $68,779.50 and authorize the Village Clerk and President to sign all documents on behalf of the Village. Received and update from the Village of Clinton.
