Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Township Board members present at roll call: Goetzinger, Grembi, Paterek, Swiacki and Murray. Attorney Robert Seibert of Seibert & Dloski also present.
The following motions were made and passed:
Open public hearing at 7:01 p.m. for Single Hauler Waste Collection & Disposal Program comments. Closed public hearing at 7:10 p.m.
To approve going into closed session at 7:34 p.m. for the purpose of: To review August 28, 2022 written legal opinion from Township Attorney Pursuant to Section 8(h) of the Open Meetings Act. Came out of executive session at 7:52 p.m. to reconvene meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
