A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dominic Abbate, Supervisor; Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: Dave Mabry, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve the remaining balance of $82,072.00 be paid to Trade Mark’s Construction LLC for the construction of the storage building.
4. That the summary of departmental capital requests and preliminary budget for the next 3 fiscal years be accepted for study.
5. To adjourn the meeting at 7:55 PM.
