Notice is hereby given that the Armada Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2022 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request submitted by Henshaw Custom Automation for a 10-foot side yard setback variance from Section 14.03 subsection C of the Armada Township Zoning Ordinance. If granted, the variance will permit the construction of a pole building partly within the required side yard setback on parcel #13-02-31-100-018 near the north end of Powell Road.
A complete copy of the application for the requested variance may be examined at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the ZBA at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on November 18, 2022.
