Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.12.C Off Street Parking Requirements, Use: Industrial, Office-Research One (1) space for every 300 square feet of floor area & Industrial, Wholesale One (1) space for every 500 square feet of floor area.
Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.2.G Appearance Standards for non-residential buildings, Industrial Buildings: A minimum of fifty (50) percent of the front façade of all buildings shall be constructed of aesthetically pleasing clay brick and/or stone materials.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to have a maximum of 400 off street parking spaces.
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to match the building materials on the proposed building addition with the façade of the existing buildings on site.
