Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to not have to provide a 25-foot undisturbed greenbelt along state-regulated wetlands that exist along the Northern (maximum encroachment 10ft, average encroachment 6.35ft), Eastern (maximum encroachment 10ft, average encroachment 6.08ft) and Southern (maximum encroachment 10ft, average encroachment 7.30ft) boundary of the property in question. This request comes before the ZBA prior to the applicant submitting to the Planning Commission for a site plan review.
