On November 9, 2022, the Armada Township Board of Trustees adopted an Amendment to the Waste Collection and Disposal Ordinance being Armada Township Ordinance No. R2022-02, repealing the Armada Waste Collection and Disposal Ordinance No. R2022-01 in its entirety.
A full text of the Ordinance Amendment has been posted in the Office of the Armada Township Clerk and on the Armada Township website. The Township Clerkâs Office is located at 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI 48005. The Armada Township website can be accessed at www.armadatwp.org. A copy of the Ordinance Amendment may be reviewed or purchased at the Office of the Armada Township Clerk during regular business hours.
The Ordinance Amendment shall become effective the day following the date of publication of this Summary in a newspaper circulated in the Township of Armada.
