COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: corrected Agenda by moving items listed in Upcoming Items to New Business Items. Heard and/or received a DPW Report for November, 2022, F & V Report for October, 2022, Treasurer’s Reports for October, 2022, verbal reports from Street Administrator Sledz and Water Commissioner Boelke. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 11/14/22 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $66,598.29 as presented. Unanimously Approved: to approve the e-mail quote from electrician D.F. Best Company for installation of new commercial grade exhaust fan, intake louvers, and digital timer, along with associated electrical wiring, at a cos to $6,350.00 and allow the Water Commissioner to accept the quote on behalf of the Village; to appoint Mike Shall as member ex-officio to the Village of Armada Planning Commission for a term ending November 27, 2023; to appoint Ross Boelke as member ex-officio to the Village of Armada Zoning Board of Appeals for a term ending November 24, 2025; to appoint Michael Shall as Park Commissioner for the Village of Armada, to a term ending November 25, 2024; to appoint Lyle Ballard as Police Commissioner, to a term ending November 25, 2024; to appoint Stephen Clark as Sewer Commissioner for the Village of Armada, to a term ending November 25, 2024; to appoint Ross Boelke as Water Commissioner for the Village of Armada, to a term ending November 25, 2024; to appoint David Coenen as President Pro-Tem for the Village of Armada, to a term ending November 25, 2024; to appoint Chris Sledz as Street Administrator for the Village of Armada, to a term ending November 25, 2024; Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
