Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Township Board members present at roll call: Job, Goetzinger, Paterek, Swiacki and Murray.
Approved agenda as amended. Approved bills as presented. Received and filed departmental reports. Minutes: 11.9.22 approved as presented. Approved 2023 meeting dates for planning commission and township board. Also approved budge workshop dates for FY22/23 budget. Approved Annual PA 152 of 2011 – Resolution #2022-07. Set Community Development Block Grant public hearing for January 11 at 7:00 p.m. Approved summer tax collection agreements. Re-appointed Rachel Achatz, David Andrews and Joan Falkenburg to the Board of Review – 3-year term. Adopted Ordinance Amendment’s #114-39 Shipping containers used as an accessory building to a one-family residential use. #114-41 – Accessory building to one-family residential uses. Appointed Jim Goetzinger to the Zoning Board of Appeals as township liaison. Renewed three-year cleaning contract with Good and Clean Janitorial, Inc. Approved Engine 1 spring leaf repair. Approved FY22/23 general budget amendment. To approve going into closed session at 9:27 to consider the purchase of or lease of real property up to the time an option to purchase or lease that real property is obtained. MCLA 15.26(d), MSA 4.1800(18)(d). Reconvened meeting at 9:43. Meeting adjourned at 9:44 p.m.
