A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 6:03 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To appoint Trustee Mabry to serve as president pro tem for this evening’s meeting.
2. To approve the agenda as presented.
3. To approve going into closed session at 6:06 PM for the purpose of: Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding Supervisor vacancy appointment, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g); Discussion of a confidential legal opinions regarding Contract for Financial Services and clarification from the Older Persons Commission with regard to L4029, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g); Discussion of a confidential opinion letter regarding sanitary sewer rerouting pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
4. To approve going into closed session at 6:29 PM for the purpose of:
Discussion of land donation pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
5. To adjourn the meeting at 6:40 PM.
