Notice is hereby given there will be a public hearing before the Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the Ray Township Offices, located at 64255 Wolcott Road, Ray, Michigan, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request to vary Section 400, Design Elements- Principal Structure, lot dimensions, Maximum Width to Depth Ratio 1:4 for Parcel 21-05-26-400-010, Stephen D. Morris, Applicant
Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Ray Township Offices, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment on said application. Written comments may be submitted up to 4:00 p.m. on January 24, 2023.
