COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: Added – Police Department Report as Administrative Reports Item G. Heard and Received: The Planning Commissions: 2022 Year in Review, 2023 Agenda, meeting minutes from 12/05/22, and 2023 Meeting Dates: Code Enforcement Report for December 2022; Police Action Report from December 2022, Verbal Reports from the Water and Commissioners and the Street Administrator. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 12/19/22 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $88,195.98 as presented. Unanimously approved: to comply with Public Act 152 of 2011 by continuing the 80/20 option for the Village’s contribution to the cost of employee health insurance effective beginning February 1, 2023; to set the Public Hearing date of February 13, 2023, at 7:00 pm for CDBG distribution.
