A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 7:02 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To appoint the Trustee Mabry to serve as president pro tem for this evening’s meeting.
2. To approve the agenda as presented.
3. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
4. To appoint Robin Buxar as the Township Supervisor effective 01/11/2023.
5. To reappoint John Casadei, Gary Putz and Judy Workings to the Oakland Township Board of Review for a 2-year term ending January 2025.
6. To approve the Safety Paths feasibility studies proposal from PEA dated 12/09/22, proposal #2022-1558-PR and authorize the Township Manager to sign.
7. To authorize approval of the 2023 No Haz Agreement and authorize the Township Manager to sign.
8. To approve the 2023 No Haz Resolution with a $15.00 resident charge and authorize the Township Supervisor to sign.
9. To appoint Assistant Manager, Jamie Moore as the Oakland Township Municipal Agent to the No Haz Board.
10. To approve the cost participation agreement for the construction of Gunn Road from Rochester Road to the end of pavement, project # 57082 with the stipulation to exclude the tri-party funding but payments to remain the same. All payments will be made from account #101-446-931055 (Road Surface Improvements).
11. To adjourn the meeting at 8:23 PM.
