A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 6:07 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Dave Mabry, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To appoint Trustee Mabry to serve as president pro tem for this evening’s meeting.
2. To approve the agenda as presented.
3. To approve going into closed session at 6:10 PM for the purpose of:
– Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding amendment of Ord. No. 115, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
– Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding Condominium Document, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
– Discussion of a confidential opinion regarding procedure for appointment of Township Supervisor pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
4. To adjourn the meeting at 6:50 PM.
