Special Presentations – Presentation on Purple Heart Community and Audit Report were done. Public Comments – Comments were heard. Officer reports: President – report given, Clerk – report given, Treasurer – absent, Trustees- no reports, Planning Commission Ex-Ofico – report given . Committee reports- Bruce Sewer report given; Crosswalk Project Sub Committee did not meet. Unfinished business: Lions Alley Vacate Request – Motion carried. Elected Officials Cell Phone – no board action taken. Village to City – Motion carried to no longer pursue cityhood. Purple Heart Community – Motion carried. Village Planner – Motion carried to hire a new planner. DDA Winterfest – No board action taken. New Business: Resolution 23-001 To Fill Vacancy in The Office Of The Trustee – resolution was discussed. Trustee Appointment – Multiple motions to fill the vacancy all failed. CDBG Allocations – Motion carried. Younger’s Event Permit – Motion carried. Quarter 2 Budget Amendments – Motion carried. Rezoning 102 Church Street – Motion carried. Approval To Have Meeting Go Past 10:00 p.m. – Motion carried. 2023 Annual Appointments – Motion carried. Approval of President Pro – Tempe – Motion carried. Discussion/Update of Road Repairs.
