Notice is hereby given that the Bruce Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on an amendment to the C-2 Planned Shopping Center district (Section 3.1.13.C) to permit physical health uses over 5,000 square feet as a special land use.
A complete copy of the amendment may be examined at Bruce Township Hall, 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, MI 48065, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM and Thursday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commision at the Township Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on March 1, 2023.
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended.
