Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 1.11.23, 1.19.23, 1.23.23 and 1.24.23 as presented. Agenda as amended. Current bills as presented. Fire and General fund budget amendments. Appointed Joe Kutchey and Joe Jabara to the Planning Commission from March 2023 thru March 2026. Set Truth in Budgeting Public Hearing for March 8. Approved purchase of 2022 Braun Ambulance. Approved putting ordinance complaints into the BS&A system. Approved Ordinance amendment #114-35 for Small Scale Entertainment. Liability Renewal with Decker Agency for March 9, 2023 thru March 9, 2024. Moved February 20 budget workshop to February 21. Appointed Terry Royster as a substitute electrical inspector.
