NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Armada Township Zoning Ordinance No. 144 is amended per the following sections:
• Section 20.01: Definitions, to update the definition of Small Scale Entertainment
• And to Section 8.01(B): Uses Permitted in the Agri-Business District, to provide minimum site requirements.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that these Zoning Ordinance Amendments shall take full force and effect upon seven days after publication as required by law.
